I am about to go in a flurry of posts about Mary Alice and Steven's wedding weekend...but before I do, I must share one of my most favorite moments of all the festivities! This awesome toast was given at the rehearsal dinner by Mary Alice's roomies from Senior Year at PC. It is priceless and I am SO glad I had our video camera to document!

Christmas Cards
Every year I really do struggle with coming up with a Christmas card. Maybe not so much the CARD...but the picture to go on the card. It seems like we either have sunglasses on in the picture, Gracie's not in the picture, we have too much orange on in the picture (Clemson games), or...whatever...there's always a dilemma. I begin seeking out what I want to use for Christmas cards well before Thanksgiving arrives. I have yet to find any that I absolutely love--but I am planning on taking advantage of Shutterfly's FREE 50 cards! I tend to get a little carried away with sending out cards--because I love receiving them, so I'm assuming other people love it too. Shutterfly has really cute cards that rival those that you would find on TinyPrints or the like...check it out!
I like to write Christmas letters in our cards to catch people up on our year...this card is perfect for that!
I probably WON'T go with this card though...wouldn't want to give away the surprise when it comes to your mailbox :)

Boston 2010
We made another trip up to Boston this past weekend to cheer on the Tigers (to a loss) and explore the city. We discovered that we had pretty much done everything two years ago so we did lots of things that we did last time again. It was more of a relaxing trip this go round and despite how atrocious Clemson decided to play--we had a good time! Below is the beautiful public garden in downtown Boston.
In the spring and summer, they have paddle swans that you can take around the pond.
Rubbing the lucky shoe!
My friend Kelly told me to check out the Liberty hotel and it was a block from where we were staying so it worked out perfect. It was a really neat hotel that used to be a prison that has been restored beautifully.
We went over to Little Italy Friday afternoon and were told we had to check out Mike's Pastry. We split a Boston Cream Pie that was delicious, as you can see from the picture below :)
and quite fitting for Halloween...the headless horseman!
Clemson VS Miami
So I have been pretty much a terrible blogger. Horrible. No other words to describe it. I will try to be better as we finish up the 2010 year--with the holidays coming up, that always leads to much blog worthy entries!
On another note...here are much delayed pictures from the Clemson/Miami game. So the outcome left a lot to be desired...the game time left a lot to be desired...but I was super happy to get my hands on this little man! I can't believe he's nearly TWO!
and of course...thrilled to see lamb too :)
We have lower deck seats this year (hallelujah) so here's our view. Backwards-but still good seats!
For a noon game...I thought it was pretty cool that you could see the moon! (amongst all the balloons released by the student section)
We have pretty much lived in Clemson for football games this fall. We've also gone to two away games (Auburn and Boston) so I am nearly to the point of burn out. I'm sitting out this week and Josh is having a guy's weekend--hopefully the Tigers will decide to show up this week.
